This exciting opportunity offers the chance to lead a high-performing team of pharmacists and technicians in a world-class healthcare setting. As an Inpatient Pharmacy Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of pharmacy services, managing budgets, and promoting a culture of excellence within the department.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, with experience in supervising and developing teams. A strong understanding of pharmacy operations, regulations, and standards is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. A Doctoral degree from an accredited college of Pharmacy or completion of a residency is required, as well as licensure as a PHARMD in the District of Columbia.

- Developing and implementing strategies to improve pharmacy operations and customer service.
- Maintaining budgetary control and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Leading a team of pharmacists and technicians to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
