Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Coach to join our Emergency Department team at LifeBridge Health. As a Clinical Coach, you will play a critical role in the development and growth of our nursing staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily coaching and feedback to new nurses, focusing on critical thinking and patient care.
- Guide clinical discussions and use evidence-based practice to inform patient care decisions.
- Coordinate schedules to ensure orientees have time for classes, testing, and competency validation.
- Participate in orientee meetings and provide feedback to orientees and unit leadership.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of recent RN experience in ED Nursing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from a CCNE-accredited school.
- Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) Registered Nursing license or Compact State licensure.
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certification.
