Job Summary

Gentle Giant Moving Company is seeking a skilled and energetic Mover and Driver to join our team. As a key member of our relocation team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient relocation of household and office items, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Build strong relationships with customers, respond to their needs, and provide solutions to their relocation challenges.
  • Relocation Services: Load, unload, and transport household and office items, including furniture, equipment, and other materials.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient relocation processes.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Language: Command of English language is required.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items, as well as work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer needs.
