About This Role

This exciting opportunity exists within our team as a Wind Turbine Installation Specialist, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient installation and maintenance of our wind turbines. Located at our site near Chenoa, IL, this position offers an attractive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including a state-of-the-art training program, paid time off, and excellent 401(k) plan.

Job Description

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will use your skills and experience to perform major correctives on a wide variety of wind turbine platforms/brands. You will work at heights and in confined spaces while being exposed to various weather conditions. The typical day involves working 5 days a week and 8-10 hours a day, with occasional travel up to 33% per year to other site locations for training.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will need to possess a safety-focused mindset and positive attitude, enabling you to work effectively in a team environment. Additionally, you should have at least a year of wind experience or equivalent background in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical troubleshooting, or agricultural experience.
