The ideal candidate will possess fluency in Spanish and have a solid background in municipal and commercial law. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.
2. Licensed to practice law in Texas.
3. Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience in municipal and commercial law.
4. Proficient in Spanish, both written and verbal.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
7. Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
8. High standards of ethics and professionalism.
9. Proven research and analytical skills.
