Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Waitstaff to join our team at Orchard Ridge Assisted Living in Coeur d'Alene, ID. As a Waitstaff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of service and care for our residents. Responsibilities:

Assist with meal preparations, including chopping, dicing, slicing, and prepping for cooks' needs
Prepare salads, side dishes, desserts, soups, and alternate lunch salad plates
Clean the prep area and wash pots, pans, and dishes
Serve meals in the Assisted Living/Dementia building
Demonstrate a good understanding of portion control and work closely with the nursing staff to meet residents' needs
Assist with catered events and holiday meals
Be flexible and able to step into any position as needed
Have a complete understanding of the Health Department regulations and food handling (training provided)

Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time
Have a love for seniors and a commitment to providing exceptional care and service

Benefits:

Competitive hourly wage ($16-17 per hour, plus $2 an hour on Saturday and Sunday)

Work Schedule:

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (8am-6pm hour shifts)
Extra $2 an hour on Saturday and Sunday
