About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join our team as a travel imaging specialist in Tacoma, Washington. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare provider and earn a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI scanners safely and efficiently, utilizing knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and magnetic resonance principles.
  • Position patients and coils on the scanner table, ensuring accurate imaging and patient comfort.
  • Administer contrast media as required and adjust technical parameters for optimal image quality.
  • Maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
  • Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology program.
  • Valid state radiology registration, as required by law.
  • A minimum of 18 months of experience in MRI technology, preferably in a critical care setting.
  • Registry with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
