About the Role:

The Maintenance Technician will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of our restaurant, including equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filtering oil fryers daily to ensure optimal performance
  • Maintaining the outside grounds, including landscaping and waste management
  • Cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a high level of cleanliness
  • Unloading delivery trucks twice a week to ensure timely receipt of supplies
  • Emptying trash compactors and changing light bulbs as needed
  • Cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roofs of debris to prevent damage
