Beauty Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled Beauty Educator to join our team at Headkount. As a Beauty Educator, you will be responsible for developing long-lasting relationships with retailer employees, clients, and internal teammates. You will demonstrate exceptional product knowledge during in-store visits and support multiple brands and store locations.

• Build Strong Relationships: Foster lasting relationships with retailer employees, clients, and internal teammates.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge during in-store visits and educate retail Beauty Advisors on the brands you are supporting.
• Sales Goals: Achieve sales goals and complete in-store surveys after every shift.
• Communication: Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app and uphold merchandising brand guidelines.
• Brand Proficiency: Become proficient in each assigned brand by utilizing training resources provided.

• Experience: 3 years of experience working for a beauty brand or major beauty retailer.
• Retail Selling and Education: Excellent retail selling and education background.
• Event Hosting: Experience hosting beauty retail events.
• Multicategory Selling: Proficient in multicategory selling.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills.
• Passion for Beauty: Demonstrated passion for beauty retail, training, selling, and building relationships.
• Professional Conduct: Professional conduct in-store and demonstrated team player.
• Technology Skills: Proficient in video calls, phone calls, text messages, and smartphone applications.
• Availability: Must be willing to commute a minimum of 30 miles and have a flexible schedule, available to work weekends to support retail needs.
