Job Description:

Belmont Wild Acre LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Residence Director to join our team. As a key member of our residence team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our staff and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Community Residence Director in overseeing all aspects of the residence
  • Provide case management and clinical support to residents
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure high-quality care and support

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in a related field (MA/MSW)
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in residential treatment
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience
