Job Summary:

Northern Riverview Center is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a weekend per diem basis. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse.
  • Assist with personal hygiene, including bed baths, shaving, and other essential tasks.
  • Set up meal trays and document food and fluid intake.
  • Feed residents and serve nutritional supplements as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment, including making beds and transporting residents within the facility.
  • Prevent bedsores by turning bedridden residents regularly.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively as a team member.
  • Successful completion of a CNA program.
  • Current CNA state certification.
  • Good standing with the state registry.
