Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of laboratory tests, including chemical, microscopic, and bacteriological tests, to obtain data used in diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Work under the direction of the Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to ensure accurate and timely test results.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of laboratory procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and effective patient care.
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Applied Science/Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
- ASCP Certification eligible required.
- Internship preferred; one year relevant clinical laboratory experience preferred.
