Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our Domino's Pizza restaurant team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
  • Set the example for your team by following all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
  • Make schedules, order products, train team members, and hire new staff.
  • Implement cost control measures to achieve profit share bonus goals.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Preferred 1 year of restaurant general management experience.
