Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Management: Plan, develop, and manage clinical programs, services, and activities to ensure alignment with company policy and regional management directives.
  • Operational Oversight: Assist with the oversight of the agency's growth related to home care, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Clinical Expertise: Serve as the clinical expert, providing guidance and support to staff on clinical matters, and assisting with the operational and financial management of the agency.
  • Client Compliance: Ensure client compliance with federal/state regulations through policy and procedure administration to staff.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise all clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA) and perform annual employee evaluations for all clinical staff.
  • Caseload Management: Manage caseload as needed for client coverage.
Requirements
  • Education: Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
  • Certifications: Obtain and maintain active CPR per agency policy.
  • Experience: 3+ years RN experience in a healthcare setting (home health preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Medicare Skilled Nursing experience and a basic understanding of OASIS.
