Merchandise Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. in PULASKI, TN. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their shopping needs, answering questions about products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

About the Job: This is a full-time hourly position that requires standing for long periods, walking up to 5 miles per day, and lifting up to 25 pounds. You will also be required to work in varying weather conditions and temperatures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with finding products and answering questions about merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and keeping aisles tidy.
• Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to lift up to 25 pounds, and be able to stand for long periods of time. You should also be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
