Job Summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality care to seniors in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits to assess clients' physical needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
  • Implement manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to improve clients' physical function.
  • Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to promote independent living.
  • Document observations, interventions, and evaluations to ensure accurate client care management.
Requirements
  • A current Maryland Physical Therapist license.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
