Physical Therapist

We're seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals recover from illness or injury and will be able to devise customized physical rehabilitation and treatment plans.

The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

This is a full-time benefit-eligible position with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
2. Evaluate patient deficits and progress towards functional goals
3. Administer standard formal evaluations and complete documentation in a timely manner
4. Provide instruction to patients and their families on self-care and daily activities
5. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

• California Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification
• One year of experience in infant, pediatric, and adolescent therapy (preferred)
• Valid California Drivers License, auto insurance, and willingness to operate personal vehicle
