ROLE OVERVIEW:

  • Capable of lifting 25-50lbs and assisting with transportation needs
  • Provide personal hygiene support for elderly clients
  • Remind clients to adhere to prescribed medication schedules
  • Assist clients with mobility within their homes
  • Support personal care and meal planning/preparation
  • Handle shopping for clients and perform light housekeeping tasks
  • Document any unusual occurrences and respond appropriately in emergencies
  • Facilitate activities necessary for daily living
