Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients receiving infusion therapy, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to identify potential health risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Order and interpret lab work and diagnostic tests as needed to inform patient care decisions.
- Prescribe medications and non-pharmacological therapies as appropriate to meet patient needs.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote high-quality patient care.
- Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current NP state license in the state of practice.
- At least 4-5 years of advanced practice registered nursing (APRN) experience, with a focus on ambulatory and infusion nursing.
- Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare technology systems.
