About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse - RN to join our team at Brightwood Center in Follansbee, WV. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Communicate patient information effectively with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
  • CPR Certification is required.
