Job Summary

Operate a Class B Hazmat vehicle, delivering compressed and liquid gas cylinders and hard goods along designated routes. Collect empty cylinders from customers. Record transactions and obtain signatures. Address customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction. Handle loading/unloading. Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle checks, noting issues and ensuring safety compliance. Present a professional appearance and upkeep the vehicle's condition.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver compressed and liquid gas cylinders and hard goods along designated routes
  • Collect empty cylinders from customers
  • Record transactions and obtain signatures
  • Address customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction
  • Handle loading/unloading
  • Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle checks, noting issues and ensuring safety compliance
  • Present a professional appearance and upkeep the vehicle's condition
Requirements
  • Class B or better Commercial Drivers' License with HAZMAT endorsement
  • One year of experience driving similar commercial vehicles within the last five years or completion of an accredited truck driving school program
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse individuals
  • Ability to work in a drug-free environment
