Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

At Tutera Senior Living & Health Care, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.
  • Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act.
  • Provide resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shifts, including staff assignments, mentoring, and educating nursing personnel.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • A valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
  • Prior experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Assisted Living (AL), or Memory Care (MC) setting is preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A professional image in both appearance and behavior.
