As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting civil/structural design activities, including calculation creation in structural steel or concrete design. Your expertise will be essential in addressing technical issues related to fabrication, assembly, and construction phases of civil/structural projects. You will also provide on-site support at various utilities and smaller projects, and gain familiarity with analytical tools such as ANSYS, LS-DYNA, and GTSTRUDL. Additionally, you will aid in maintaining software compliance records and closure of engineering corrective actions, and develop engineering sketches and markups using AutoCAD or similar CAD programs. To be successful in this role, you will bring a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering, with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Prior nuclear industry experience is preferred, as well as prior Westinghouse internship experience. 0-3 years of experience is required, and FE certification is a plus.
