About the Lead Teacher Position

We are seeking a Lead Teacher to enhance our preschool team. In this role, you will collaborate with a talented group of certified Special Education Teachers, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, School Psychologists, and Certified Teacher Assistants to support the children entrusted to us.
  • Exceptional Care and Instruction
    • Facilitate the educational and developmental growth of preschool children, ages 3 to 5 years, within our inclusive classrooms alongside a Special Education Teacher and certified Teaching Assistants.
    • Deliver developmentally appropriate academic and social skills to prepare children for kindergarten through diverse instructional methods including whole group, small group, and individualized interactions.
  • Classroom Environment
    • Contribute to a positive, engaging, and structured learning atmosphere where children are motivated to explore and learn.
    • Implement effective classroom management strategies.
    • Establish and uphold classroom expectations and routines.
  • Planning and Data Analysis
    • Develop instructional goals and materials.
    • Coordinate curriculum execution with the preschool team.
    • Communicate with team members, administrators, and parents regarding children's development and behavior.
