Position Summary:
The Hospitalist will be responsible for the comprehensive management of acutely ill patients within the hospital setting, collaborating with a dedicated ancillary team and a Rapid Response Team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a supportive and professional environment, adhering to a 7-day block schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver full or partial services to private attending physicians utilizing Hospitalist Services.
- Participate in monthly Hospitalist meetings and engage in quality improvement and Patient Experience committees.
- Work effectively within a team to provide high-quality patient care.
- Manage an average caseload of 15-17 patients.
- Adapt to evolving CMS regulations and demonstrate flexibility in practice.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine.
- ACLS/BLS Certification.
- Completion of training in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
- Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine/Family Practice.

Compensation:
The starting salary for this position is USD $165.00 per hour. This figure is a good faith estimate and may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience. The salary does not include potential bonuses, differential pay, or other compensation forms.
