The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. This will involve collaborating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals and deliver successful outcomes.

About the Role

This Senior Project Manager position requires a strong leader who can motivate project teams, including internal staff and subcontractors, to work collaboratively and efficiently towards common objectives. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of successful project delivery.

The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. They will create detailed project schedules and milestones, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Scheduling:

  • Budget Management:
    • Monitor project budgets and financial performance, identifying and addressing any deviations.
    • Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet and exceed project specifications.
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Client Communication:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
    • Address client concerns and maintain positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
    • Proactively address unforeseen challenges and adapt plans as necessary.
  • Contract Administration:
    • Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
    • Ensure all parties adhere to contractual obligations and specifications.

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications. GPAC offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
