Marketing Manager Opportunity

LILT is a leading AI solution provider for enterprise translation, enabling global organizations to adopt a true AI translation strategy and drive business outcomes. We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our team in Emeryville, CA or Indianapolis, IN.

This is a hybrid role that involves planning and executing multi-channel campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive qualified leads across various digital platforms. The successful candidate will promote content, analyze performance data, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts with business goals and ensure messaging and positioning is consistent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive new customer acquisition and growth through email, social media, web marketing, and SEO campaigns.
  • Promote content, including eBooks, whitepapers, 1-pagers, webinars, infographics, and more.
  • Analyze performance data to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts with business goals and ensure messaging and positioning is consistent.
  • Manage and optimize website content for SEO in addition to overseeing paid search campaigns to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
  • Report on campaign performance and strategic insights to senior management, providing actionable recommendations for future initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS organizations.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the AI landscape and enterprise sales and marketing.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and/or Marketo.
