Salary and BenefitsWe offer a highly competitive salary package, including a base salary of $50,000 to $55,000 per year, plus uncapped commission. On average, our recruiters earn between $95,000 and $140,000 per year, with opportunities to exceed six figures. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, cell phone allowance, and access to health insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance. We also offer a 401(k) plan with company matching.
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our client hospitals. Your primary goal will be to establish and maintain relationships with nursing professionals, identify their needs, and match them with suitable job opportunities. You will work closely with hospital administrators, managers, and other decision-makers to implement solutions to their staffing needs. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and candidates.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
- Minimum three years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the healthcare agency industry
- Ability to develop a passive candidate pipeline
- Ability to self-manage daily activities and/or high-volume positions
- Ability to foster relationships with internal and external customers, including applicants, hiring managers, leadership, and vendors
- Ability to manage a high volume of nurse contracts
