Mujō, a distinguished omakase-style modern edomae sushi establishment, is in search of a proficient Sushi Chef to enhance our culinary team. As a one-star Michelin venue with a limited seating capacity of 15, we focus exclusively on dinner service, ensuring an intimate dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate expertise in traditional nigiri preparation techniques.
  • Exhibit proficiency in various fish butchery methods, particularly with Japanese fish such as kohada, sanma, and sayori.
  • Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, reflecting the high standards of our restaurant.
  • Engage directly with guests at the counter, showcasing a polished and professional demeanor.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess significant experience in upscale sushi environments, emphasizing quality and presentation. The role requires a commitment to excellence and attention to detail, ensuring each dish meets our esteemed standards.

Work Schedule
