We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at Stahlbush Island Farms. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical and process control systems.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and process control systems to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, including code analysis and repair.
- Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
- Collaborate with other maintenance teams to ensure seamless operation of all plant systems.
- Develop and implement procedures for electrical maintenance and repair, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Three to five years of verifiable experience in electrical maintenance and repair, preferably in a food processing or agricultural industry setting.
- Oregon plant journeyman electrical or general journeyman license required.
- Additional degrees or certifications in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our production schedule.
- A competitive hourly rate of $35-45, depending on experience.
- A $3000 sign-on bonus for new hires.
- A 10% graveyard shift differential.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) retirement savings plan.
