Requirements
  • 6 Months Experience: Must have at least 6 months of experience as a practicing nurse.
  • Nursing License: Must have an active and in good standing nursing license.
  • CPR Certification: Must have current CPR certification.
Essential Job Functions
  • Deliver Quality Patient Care: Responsible for the delivery and coordination of quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
  • Assess Patient Needs: Continuously observe and assess patient condition and care needs and report changes in condition to the supervisor and/or physician as appropriate.
  • Document Care: Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care in a timely manner.
  • Participate in Care Planning: Participate, implement, and update the nursing care plan.
