Job Title: Apprentice Pre-Wire Technician

At Audio Video, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Apprentice Pre-Wire Technician to join our team. As an Apprentice Pre-Wire Technician, you will play a crucial role in the installation of electrical systems in new homes under construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the installation of electrical systems, including wiring and cable routing.
  • Work with install technicians and service techs to ensure the completion of installs and service calls.
  • Perform pre-wire and trim out jobs as the main focus of your tasks.
  • Assist with daily procedures and paperwork for your assigned technician.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools.
  • Valid Texas Driver License.
  • Smart phone required for time clock and paperwork submission.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Equipment interconnection and cable routing experience.
  • Knowledge of pre-wire and retro-wire standards and practices.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills.
