We are seeking a skilled and dedicated PACU Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at Adventist HealthCare. As a leading healthcare provider, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and improving the health and well-being of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly report to the Clinical Nurse Manager and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver safe and effective patient-centered care.
  • Independently assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Educate patients and families throughout their care journey, providing clear and concise information about their treatment options and care plans.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to nursing standards, promoting a culture of excellence and respect within the healthcare team.
  • Utilize equipment and delegate duties for optimal efficiency, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid Maryland RN license.
  • Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
  • Minimum of one year PACU or acute care experience.
