Mechanical Superintendent

Caddell Construction is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our mechanical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with project stakeholders to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage and coordinate the work of crafts and subcontractors, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.
- Perform quantity surveys and estimates for mechanical systems.
- Minimum 15 years of construction management experience, with at least 5 years of design/build experience with mechanical systems.
- Four-year degree in building science, construction management, or engineering.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach multinational and multi-disciplined teams.
- Excellent technical and management skills, with a deep understanding of mechanical systems.
- Strong client relations skills, with the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
- Current Department of Defense minimum secret security clearance.
