Job Summary

GaN Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Analyst/ Acquisition Documentation SME to support our PEO Aviation team at Redstone Arsenal, in Huntsville Alabama.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Acquisition Logistics, with experience in documentation development, review, and staffing. They will be responsible for assisting with the review, editing, and staffing of all programmatic documentation through the PEOAVN G-4 office.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the review, editing, and staffing of all programmatic documentation through the PEOAVN G-4 office.
  • Develop and maintain Acquisition Logistics documentation, including Materiel Release tracking and ILA tracking and coordination.
  • Support PEOAVN DPEO and COS special projects efforts, including 0346 personnel development efforts and lines of work efforts within the PEO Headquarters and PM offices.
  • Coordinate with CECOM, AMCOM, AMC, and ASA(ALT) on Acquisition documentation efforts.
  • Participate in meetings with customers, senior Army officers, and civilians to gather and integrate data, assist with project scheduling, and track progress of assigned work segments.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in Acquisition Logistics, with a strong background in documentation development, review, and staffing.
  • BA/BS in an unrelated field with 5 years of logistics experience, or AA/AS with 10 years of logistics experience.
  • Must have Acquisition Logistics, Logistics documentation, and Acquisition documentation development, review, and staffing experience.
  • Must have experience with Acquisition Logistics Documentation and Logistics personnel standards, regulations, policies, procedures, processes, techniques, models, tools, and organizations pertinent to Acquisition Logistics.
  • Must have ACTIVE secret security clearance.
