  • Assist with meal preparation under the direction of the lead cook
  • Maintain all logs for temperatures, sanitizing, receiving, deposits, and other kitchen activities
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils
  • Assist with receiving and stocking inventory
  • Participate in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Assist with serving lines during all facets of service
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager

**Requirements:**

  • Clean driving record
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
