About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Professional to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the restaurant, including floors, walls, and equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units.
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors.
  • Filter oil fryers daily and maintain outside grounds.
  • Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will also need to be physically able to perform the duties of the job, which may include lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
