Work Schedule:
10-hour shifts

Position Details:
The Mechanical Pipefitter Foreman will be responsible for overseeing industrial pipe fitting operations in a heavy industrial environment. The role requires expertise in installing and testing process piping, with sizes ranging from 1/2" to 36" in a Water Treatment Facility. Familiarity with various pipe materials, including PVC, DIP, Steel, SST, and FRP, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct layout, elevation, and grading tasks.
  • Install above-ground mechanical piping and supports.
  • Work with carbon steel piping and Victaulic couplings.
  • Utilize copper piping as needed.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pipefitting or mechanical trade.
  • The ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Experience in carbon steel, copper (soldering, brazing), and PVC installations.
  • Capability to set up and perform piping tests.
  • Reliable transportation to job sites.
  • Strong communication skills to relay tool and material requirements.
  • A self-motivated attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
