Job Summary: We're seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a Baker, you'll be responsible for baking fresh bread and pastries, maintaining high standards of flavor and quality, and performing various tasks to ensure a smooth cafe operation.

Key Responsibilities:
Bake all fresh bread and pastries needed for the cafe each day
Maintain high standards of flavor and quality using 100% real ingredients
Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed
Help build a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust
Support your manager and team members

Requirements:
Love baking, even if you're a beginner (4 weeks of training provided)
Enjoy working alone and with a team
Be a self-starter who can meet goals with limited supervision
Have excellent organizational and time-management skills
Be passionate about food safety and health safety
Be at least 18 years of age
