Qualifications:

  • Availability to work a minimum of five days per week is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a clean driving record.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs is necessary.
  • Ability to perform labor-intensive tasks in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build customer relationships are essential.
  • A positive demeanor and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment are important.
  • Experience in outdoor work such as landscaping, construction, or general labor is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting pay is $14.00 per hour, with potential increases based on experience and performance.
  • Weekly discretionary bonuses available for perfect attendance and client satisfaction.
  • Work hours typically range from 15 to 40 hours per week, with overtime paid at a premium rate.
  • Paid time off during the holiday season.
  • No overnight shifts required.
  • Comprehensive training provided, along with company vehicles, gas, insurance, and necessary equipment.
  • Flexible start times between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and adjust pool water chemistry by adding appropriate chemicals.
  • Maintain pool cleanliness through various cleaning methods, including brushing and vacuuming.
  • Conduct minor repairs and programming of pool equipment as needed.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Document service visits accurately using the company application and provide clients with detailed reports.
