Job Description:
As a Retail Store Manager at Zwilling J.A. Henckels LLC, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth through effective store operations and customer engagement. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Recruiting, training, and developing top talent in collaboration with the HR Team
• Analyzing and optimizing store operations to achieve maximum profitability
• Fostering a healthy, safe, and inviting store environment for customers and employees
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute special events and promotions

Requirements:
• 3+ years of retail sales management experience
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong business sense and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. or more and comfortable using a ladder
