About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team at North Memorial Health. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing imaging procedures in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring accurate and high-quality results.

Responsibilities
  • Perform imaging procedures accurately and efficiently, utilizing critical thinking skills to recognize emergent situations and respond appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate customer medical records, ensuring confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Interact with physicians, co-workers, customers, and families in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
  • Utilize imaging and hospital computer systems correctly, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflow.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain skill proficiency and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
  • 1 year modality-specific experience (CT, MR, Cath Lab, or Interventional Radiology) strongly preferred.
  • Previous mammography experience required.
Certifications and Licenses
  • ACLS certification.
  • BLS certification.
  • State license to practice in Minnesota.
Work Schedule

No weekend or on-call requirements.
