Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at SWM International. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality control inspections of products to ensure they meet company standards and customer specifications.
  • Complete quality control documentation and reports as required.
  • Identify and report any non-conformances or quality issues to Quality Assurance Management.
  • Provide quality leadership and guidance to production teams.
  • Verify and approve product labeling and packaging.
  • Conduct process verification activities throughout the production line.
  • Inform production teams of any process deficiencies or product defects.
  • Utilize quality management systems to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a quality role.
  • Ability to follow written work instructions and work under minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills using Word and Excel.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ASQ Quality Certification.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
  • Knowledge of SPC.
