The Role: Growth and Business Operations Specialist

This dynamic role operates at the intersection of sales, business development, operations, and strategy. As a key member of our early-stage team, you will collaborate closely with our executive team and contribute to vital business functions spanning sales strategy, partnerships, revenue operations, and product development.

You will be responsible for optimizing and scaling our go-to-market strategy—enhancing sales processes, driving customer engagement, and identifying strategic partnerships and operational efficiencies. This role requires comfort in driving growth, refining revenue processes, and engaging with prospects and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Refine and optimize the sales process, including HubSpot workflows, conversion tracking, and reporting
  • Owning sales operations and revenue analytics, building dashboards, and tracking key growth metrics
  • Create and execute customer engagement strategies—from email campaigns to high-touch outreach that nurtures and converts
  • Provide product feedback and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and customer operations to identify product improvements
  • Take sales calls with prospects as needed and continuously refine the sales process
  • Identify, structure, and implement strategic partnerships
  • Scale and refine our go-to-market playbook as we grow

Requirements:

  • Experience in business operations, revenue operations, marketing, or business development
  • Familiarity with GTM strategy (revenue operations, partnerships, marketing, sales)
  • Proven experience managing projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with sales, marketing, and revenue operations tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, SQL) and the ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—whether from a startup, small business, or personal project
  • 2-5 years of professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
