We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Abile Group, Inc. as a GeoAI Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge deep learning solutions to support the Intelligence Community's mission.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deploy containerized multimodal deep learning solutions to enable GeoAI capabilities for improving analytic workflows and addressing key intelligence questions.
- Implement State-of-the-Art Computer Vision and Vision Language Models for conducting image retrieval, segmentation tasks, AI-assisted labeling, object detection, and visual question answering using geospatial datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate deep learning solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Design and implement secure containerized Python applications, including hardening, scanning, and automating builds using CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and maintain deep learning frameworks, such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, to optimize convolutional neural networks for object detection or segmentation tasks.
- Active or Reinstateable TS/SCI clearance with ability to pass a CI Poly.
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning, computer vision, and/or machine learning.
- Demonstrated experience applying transfer learning and knowledge distillation methodologies to fine-tune pre-trained models.
- Proficiency in Python, including experience with libraries such as Boto3 and NumPy.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks, such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with container orchestration, such as Kubernetes.
