Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our DaySpring Customer Service team as a Customer Service Representative. This part-time morning shift position will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with customers to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process orders, calculate charges, and handle billing and payments
  • Meet upselling objectives and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent, plus specialized schooling and/or on-the-job education
  • Ability to continuously talk and hear, with occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 10 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus
Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Internet, Email, and Data processing
  • Patient, respectful, and positive demeanor
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Capacity to multitask and think independently, with strong verbal, written, and face-to-face communication skills
