Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate subcontractors and manage timelines to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Monitor project budgets and resources, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain open communication with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Enforce all safety regulations and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all site personnel.
  • Perform regular inspections to ensure work meets company and client quality standards.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project status, including progress, delays, and any issues encountered.
  • Assist in resolving on-site challenges, including logistical and technical issues, in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
