Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a Home Health setting in Punta Gorda, Florida.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to our patients in a Home Health setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a Home Health setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • Active Florida Home Health license
  • 2+ years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
