Position Summary:
We are currently in search of an Electronics Assembly Specialist to join our dynamic and geographically dispersed team. This role requires on-site presence at our facility. The ideal candidate will thrive in both team settings and as an independent contributor, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
The selected individual will be responsible for:

  • Assembling and integrating complex electronic components and systems.
  • Routing cables, installing hardware, and completing relevant documentation.
  • Interpreting drawings and comprehending wiring diagrams.
  • Collaborating effectively with both internal teams and external clients.

Basic Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
  • Ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance.
  • A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Capability to lift and carry weights between 25-45 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess:

  • 5 years of experience in electronics or aerospace manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in hand soldering techniques.
  • IPC-620 and J-STD certifications.
  • Experience in environments controlled for ESD and FOD.
  • Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to execute tasks independently.
