Compensation:

Starting at $16 per hour, Stayable is committed to providing fair, equitable, and competitive compensation to all team members, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran, or disability status.

This position is hourly-paid and may occasionally offer overtime. Facility Care Specialists can earn bonuses, and hourly wages will be adjusted based on experience, cost of living, and contributions to the property's success.

Core Responsibilities:

Facility Care Specialists are primarily responsible for ensuring safe and clean rooms and public areas. Below is a summary of key responsibilities:

Room Maintenance and Cleaning

  • Keep room exteriors tidy.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and addressing minor plumbing issues.
  • Report urgent maintenance concerns to the on-call maintenance team.

Public Area Maintenance

  • Regularly collect garbage from bins throughout the property.
  • Dispose of guest trash according to the established schedule.
  • Maintain cleanliness in hard-to-reach areas and along property lines.
  • Ensure dumpster areas are tidy.
  • Clean and organize guest and team areas as per the schedule.
  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled.
  • Pick up litter in public spaces as noticed.

General Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with guests.
  • Inform the Property Manager of any safety issues or policy violations.
  • Implement new objectives and procedures as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of housekeeping supplies.

Property Appearance

  • Promptly collect garbage and maintain a clean dumpster area.
  • Take ownership of the property's grounds and public spaces.
  • Immediately raise any concerns regarding safety, cleanliness, or property damage.

Team Collaboration

  • Refer potential employees who align with our values and contribute positively to our culture.
